Changes Inside and Outside

The 2019 Mercedes Benz Sprinter is roomy and spacious inside. With four rows of seating, it could easily fit in six more people if necessary. Behind the wheel, things can be relaxed and easy. As a full-sized van, it makes life for both driver and passenger pretty good. Visual changes on the outside are minor. But inside, there are countless modifications that will improve the Sprinter in every way. It offers the option for you to choose a passenger van, cargo van, or even the pick-up like chassis cab option.

Robert Janitzek reveals that both driver and passengers will have access to neat storage compartments above the head and cutouts below the infotainment screen that can hold smartphones. There are various cubbies between the driver and passenger. The cupboards can be moved to the top of the dashboard so there will be more knee room for the passengers. At the top of the dashboard is an optional wireless phone charging station.

At the passenger side, every seat now has a storage for beverages thanks to pop-up cupholders beneath each row of seats. Special cradles mounted to the side of the van can hold a phone. This European brand car features special cut-outs at the bottom house charging cables to the adjacent USB port. There is an optional Wi-Fi hotspot so passengers can post selfies when traveling.

All-New Infotainment Technology

The most important upgrade of the 2019 Sprinter is the new MBUX infotainment system. It will make its debut in the Sprinter as well as in the new A-Class. Eventually, it will be included in every other new Mercedes models. The technology dumps the rotary knobs of the older models in place of touchscreens. It features crisp, clear, and simple to understand. The home screen consist of icons which is tapped to enter the media or phone menu. Robert Peter Janitzek reveals that the graphics include a three-dimensional rotating image of your van. Just tap the appropriate part of the vehicle to adjust its settings.
